Hudson Hill Capital Appoints Andrea Ambrosoni as Executive-in-Residence at MarketTime

NEW YORK, July 13, 2026 — Hudson Hill Capital (“HHC”), a lower-middle-market private equity firm headquartered in New York that invests in industries benefiting from secular tailwinds such software, industrial technology, and financial services, today announced the appointment of Andrea Ambrosoni as Executive-in-Residence (EIR) at MarketTime. Ambrosoni will serve as Chief of Staff to MarketTime Chief Executive Officer Todd Litzman. MarketTime is a SaaS platform that facilitates wholesale retail commerce between brands, manufacturer representatives, agents, and retailers.

The appointment is the latest in Hudson Hill’s Executive-in-Residence Program. This management training initiative embeds high-potential, early-career operators within HHC portfolio companies to help drive the firm’s value-creation playbook. Serving as Chiefs of Staff to portfolio company CEOs, Executives-in-Residence help execute strategy, build processes, and scale operations. Ambrosoni is the program’s fifth hire, and two Executives-in-Residence have already been promoted to Chief Operating Officer roles within the portfolio.

“Talent drives outcomes at our portfolio companies, and we invest in building high-performing leadership teams. Our EIR program attracts ambitious, driven professionals seeking hands-on experience scaling lower-middle-market companies,” said Eric Rosen, Managing Partner at Hudson Hill. “The program has quickly established a track record that speaks for itself. Andrea’s experience scaling Kavak globally makes her an exceptional addition to MarketTime, and we are confident she will follow in the footsteps of other EIRs and make a positive impact quickly.”

Ambrosoni began her career at Kavak, Mexico’s first unicorn and a leading global digital automotive marketplace, where she spent five years helping scale the company from 20 employees to over 5,000 across nine countries. She held leadership roles across Argentina, Madrid, Istanbul, and Dubai, leading cross-functional teams, scaling operations in rapidly growing markets, and playing a key role in driving international expansion, improving marketplace dynamics, and strengthening organizational capabilities. She received her Industrial Engineering degree from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA) and her MBA from Harvard Business School.

“Andrea is a driven, culturally aligned leader who will help us sharpen our operational discipline and close gaps across the organization,” said Todd Litzman, Chief Executive Officer of MarketTime. “She will be a force multiplier across our organization, helping us deliver even greater value to our customers. We are thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

As Chief of Staff, Ms. Ambrosoni will act as a strategic operational partner to MarketTime’s leadership, driving execution of key initiatives and serving as a central liaison across leadership, investors, and external stakeholders to support the company’s growth.

“I am excited to join MarketTime and support Todd and his team as they continue to grow the company, strengthen its operational capabilities and expand its presence across the wholesale industry, in the name of delivering better service to more customers,” said Andrea Ambrosoni.
