ERIC J. ROSEN
Prior to founding Hudson Hill Capital, Eric J. Rosen, led the team responsible for MSD Capital LP’s private equity investment activities. MSD Capital LP is the private investment firm established to exclusively manage the capital of Michael S. Dell and his family.
Before joining MSD, Rosen was a Partner and ran the New York office of Onex Corporation, a diversified holding company and investment firm. Prior to Onex, he was a member of the M&A and merchant banking groups of Kidder, Peabody & Co. He received a BS in economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Rosen is currently Chairman of the Board of Fusion Transport, LLC.
Amongst numerous other board leadership roles over his career, Rosen was on the Boards of OneWest Bank, a full-service banking institution chartered by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; ValleyCrest, the largest landscaping services company; and LSG SkyChefs, the world's largest provider of airline catering and in-flight services. Additionally, he was Chairman of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Trust; is a current member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the Jewish Theological Seminary; and on the Board of New Alternatives for Children, a New York City-based nonprofit agency serving children with medical disabilities and/or chronic illnesses and their families.
Alexander G. stacY
Prior to joining Hudson Hill, Alexander worked as an Associate at Genstar Capital in San Francisco. He worked closely on several of the firm’s investments in the software, payments, insurance, asset management, and industrials sectors. Before joining Genstar Capital, Alex was an Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Barclays Capital in New York.
Alex received a BA in economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jason T. Palmatary
Prior to joining Hudson Hill, Jason worked as an Associate at TPG Growth in San Francisco. He worked closely on several of the firm’s investments in technology, business services, and healthcare. Before joining TPG Growth, Jason was an Analyst in the TMT Group at Deutsche Bank in New York.
Jason is currently on the Board of Fusion Transport, LLC.
He received a BS in economics from Duke University.
