PRINCIPAL

At Hudson Hill Capital, Emily focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities within software and IT services, leading diligence processes, and supporting our portfolio companies VTrips, BlueCloud, and MarketTime across strategic and operational initiatives.

Prior to joining Hudson Hill, Emily worked as an Associate at Crestview Partners in New York City investing in media, industrials, and financial services businesses. Emily worked closely on the firm’s investments in Framestore & Company 3, JMP Solutions, and Victory Capital.

Before joining Crestview, Emily was an Analyst in the Global Transportation Group at Morgan Stanley in New York.

Emily studied Chinese and Economics at Duke University and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
