Andrea serves as a strategic operational partner for Hudson Hill's portfolio companies, driving execution of key initiatives and acting as a central liaison across leadership, investors, and external stakeholders to support the company’s growth.

Andrea began her career at Kavak, Mexico’s first unicorn and a leading global digital automotive marketplace, where she spent five years helping scale the company from 20 employees to over 5,000 across nine countries. She held leadership roles across Argentina, Madrid, Istanbul, and Dubai, leading cross-functional teams, scaling operations in rapidly growing markets, and playing a key role in driving international expansion, improving marketplace dynamics, and strengthening organizational capabilities.

She received her Industrial Engineering degree from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA) and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
